What are your return policies?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window on unworn items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that clearance and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way. Custom orders are made just for you and may take 3 to 12 weeks to arrive.

What is covered by your 3 year warranty?

Select pieces include a complimentary 3-year warranty, which entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece if it becomes damaged. To process a warranty claim, the damaged piece must be returned to us.
